This Sports Club client was undertaking a major refurbishment of their building and needed to relocate their entire operation into temporary accomodation for a period of 10 months. Support Tech were commissioned to ensure that the IT infrastructure could be moved and set up both for the move out of the offices and latterly back into the refurbished clubhouse.

Support Tech needed to ensure that the cabling and power was adaquately supplied to the tempory offices, that the tills, office and also some equipment external to the redevelopment was reconnectted and working with the minimum of disruption as the club had a window for closure of only one day. The longer the server was down also reflected on the clients website which has a live link for members to competition results etc.

Having backed up the servers these were relocated without problem and were fully operational again within a few hours - the workstations and tills were then relocated and reconnectted to the network, in all Support Tech completed the project quickly and with the minimum of disruption.
